Feel like you are moving off track? Feel like you are stuck in life? These inspirational quotes can help you to get back on track and moving towards your goals.
1. Don’t Get Stuck In The Past
The best way to get stuck on your path in life is to look backward and get stuck in the past. You won’t budge an inch forward. If you feel a lot of regret or anger or confusion, you are not learning from your past, you are living in it.
Find a way to forgive things in your past and let go. Then you will be able to get back on track.
2. Expect A Hard Climb
If you are hoping everything is going to be smooth and easy, you will resist the climb that we all face on our path to greatness. If that happens, you are going to get stuck.
Are you resisting the climb right now? Use positive affirmations to help your mind understand that the climb is necessary and even fun because it teaches you things about yourself and others. Your mind will believe what you tell it, so say things like:
- This is so worth the effort!
- I can’t wait to see what comes from my efforts.
- I enjoy facing challenges and coming through them!
- No train, no gain!
3. Have Faith
Instead of focusing on something bad that could happen, picture something good that will happen.
And, when you feel fear, have faith in yourself.
Lastly, when you feel fear, have faith that you are doing what you need to do, and the outcome will be exactly what you need to experience.
4. Choose To View Everything As Beneficial
Do you find yourself freaking out a lot? Do you blow up and burn bridges more often than not? Do you believe that people and life is out to get you?
I have found that when you choose to view every situation, experience, and encounter as beneficial instead of harmful, you start to respond to situations in a way that is beneficial to your happiness, success, health, relationships, and wealth.
Do this by realizing that every situation, experience, and encounter can teach you something.
- You may learn what you don’t want out of life.
- You may learn something about yourself or someone else.
- You may learn how strong or weak you are at the moment.
There is always something to learn, and when you realize that you appreciate things more and respond in a more loving, compassionate, and calm way.
5. Don’t Be Scared To Do The Impossible
A great way to get stuck in life is to view limits around what is possible. You will find yourself believing that more things are impossible than possible when you train your mind to focus on the limits. So, take those limits away and let yourself go beyond the possible to the impossible.
6. Failure Is Fine
It’s perfectly fine to fail. Anyone who has become a master in something has failed a ton. They have failed, as this inspirational quote mentions, more times than the beginner has even tried.
Anytime you try something new, expect to fail a lot. Make it your mission to become a master by embracing the failure and learning from it.
7. Push Against The Resistance
How easy it is to get stuck in life when there is resistance. It can throw you off track and even push you back if you let it.
Don’t let it.
Push against the resistance. Keep moving forward despite it. Eventually, it will be the wind beneath your wings and lift you up.
8. Embrace Failure
Yes, failure, again. It’s worth mentioning again! Too many people get stuck on the fact that they failed and let it hold them back from moving forward.
Maybe someone in your past made you feel like failure is bad. Maybe they called you names or put you down when you failed. Don’t let that past moment (or moments) hold you back. They obviously didn’t understand the value of failure.
9. Find The Motivation To Stay On Track And Keep Moving
When you are doing things solely for yourself, it can be easy to procrastinate or even give up altogether. But when there is someone else who drives you towards greatness, you will be much more motivated to stay on track and keep on going.
For example, I had a friend who ran her own business and she did OK, but she didn’t put a ton of effort into it. But, when her husband became sick, and his work was the reason for it, she had a reason to stay on track and keep moving forward, and her business grew exponentially in a very short amount of time.

10. Commit To Walking The Walk
You may have a ton of plans, but if you don’t do anything, you will never realize them.
Commit to walking the walk. Write down what you want to achieve. Plug it into your planner or goal setting software. When you get it down and can see it in front of you it becomes much more real in your world, and you will have a much easier time committing to what you want to do.
Another way to commit to walking the walk is to challenge yourself to create a Lifebook where you create a life vision for yourself in all areas of your life and then, with that vision in mind, commit to doing what needs to be done to achieve it.
