Sometimes there doesn’t seem to be a lot of kindness in the world, but I assure you there is! I see kindness every day. I practice kindness. I hear about kindness. I find quotes about kindness, like the ones in this article, from some powerful and good people. In order to see more kindness, you need to stop focusing on the people who are void of kindness, despite them being a loud bunch, and start focusing on the people that practice kindness in their everyday lives. And there are a lot of them.
For instance, have you heard about the World Kindness Movement? Over 28 nations are represented in this movement and they are working towards inspiring people towards more kindness and connection nations to create a kinder world.
That’s just one joint movement towards kindness. There are many more around the world, as well as many individuals who understand the value of kindness and are working to spread a message that conveys what they know.

I have a very religious friend who finds a lot of inner peace from praying, but she also practices random acts of kindness. In fact, the other day she sent me a picture of her planner, and ‘random acts of kindness’ is one of her must-dos each day.
