It sucks to be stuck on something negative. It takes up your time, energy, and happiness. You can’t be fully present and enjoy the moment. That’s why it’s important to overcome something that’s bothering you as quickly as you can. The release will help you feel a million times better. 1. I Let Go Of Things I Can’t Change
If you don’t use any other affirmation to overcome something that’s bothering you, make sure you at least use this one.

7. I Reach Out For Help When I Need To
Sometimes it’s hard to overcome something that’s bothering you. You can’t let it go, no matter what you try, and it keeps you in a state of unhappiness that you don’t want to be in anymore. That’s when it’s time to reach out.
If you talk to your doctor, you will find that they can recommend various mental health avenues for you that could help you work through the struggle and come out better than before. I know a woman who is 70-years-old and is just starting to reach out for the mental health options available. Of course, you can also get online and join a group where you feel comfortable talking about your issue and receiving answers. That may be enough to help you overcome something that you’ve been struggling with for a while.
But it’s important to remember that if you can’t come through something on your own, reach out for help. Affirm to yourself that your mental health and happiness is more important than anything, so if you are unable to solve things on your own, then you must find someone who can help you.
