One of the Mindvalley teachers I hear about the most is Marissa Peer. She is constantly talked about in groups dedicated to other teachers on Mindvalley. People love her and what she has done for their lives. She is known to have the power to change people’s lives in an instant with common sense but powerful wisdom. Following are a few of her tweets to give you an idea of how she can give out little messages that make a big impact.
Your Kids Deserve To Know They Are Enough

The reality is that most kids are taught they are not enough. Maybe when they are really young they are able to get away with getting praised for everything they do, but soon they don’t live up to the expectations set out by their teachers, parents, friends, and society. And then they start to believe they are not enough.
That limiting belief carries into adulthood and affects everything we do and how we feel about ourselves on a deep level.
Let’s teach children that they are enough and will always be enough so that they carry that empowering belief through the rest of their lives.
And while we are at it, let’s join the #iamenough movement and teach ourselves that we are enough as adults.

It’s unrealistic to think that we are going to have days full of tasks that we love to do. Why? Some tasks that move us forward in life are not that easy, despite the power they have to impact or change our lives for the better.
This is a lesson that many productive people know already. Do what you don’t love first. Get it out of the way. Feel good about accomplishing it. Then focus on doing what you love, because that’s what should fill up most of your day and powers you forward.

How you talk to yourself matters. We all know this on some level, but how many of us practice it?
Marisa Peer says that you should say ‘I am enough’ to yourself often because when you believe that you are enough, you also believe that you deserve more. That makes you get up and do things during your day that matter, which moves your life forward and brings in joy and peace. She says that the 1% of people out there who have it all – a good relationship, a big income, a good career, and good health, believe that they are enough and deserve what they have.
She also says that the way you talk to yourself can impact your physical health in a big way. For example, if you constantly say that you are tired, you will constantly feel tired because your mind gets the message that you should be tired!

If your words matter, then the people you surround yourself with matter just as much. They speak words. They influence your thoughts. They can influence the way you speak. So surround yourself with people who are positive and supportive.
